YOGA class in the morning is a create way too start your day available Use MOVE BREATHE with a morning session of Yoga class , this class starts stillness and meditation then we move to a yoga sequence energize your body and find more flexibility. All Levels Welcome.
Only for Monday,Wednesday and Friday 9am classes. For your best experience read the description of the classes. Our classes are classified by intensity level 1-5. Based on your experience yoga level and or physical fitness we recommend to start more conservatively.
Level 1-2 Slower pace, great for beginners or intermediate/advanced practioineers who are looking to restore and go into intentional deep stretch.
Level 2-3 Medium Pace, static holds to breath and movement sequence. Heat by infra red heaters add a therapeutic component as well make a slower pace class a little more intense
--Note Some classes are heated and others are not heated
Level 4-5 Our highest intensity, recommended for those with no current injuries, or advise your instructor of any past injury. These classes may have a cardio component or more options for advanced poses.
