Can be used toward Reformer group class or Jumpboard or Wunda Chair 101 group class.

Reformer class consists of up to 6 clients performing the Beg/Intermediate reformer level sequence.  Exact sequence is determined by the teachers and those who enter class.  All clients work at the same level at the same time.

Jumpboard classes consist of an int/adv level knowledge of the Reformer, Jumpboard and Tower exercises...sometimes we even hop onto a chair!

Wunda Chair classes consists of a strong Int level of pilates knowledge.  Client is expected to be safe and confident on the chair without assistance.

All apparatus classes require a 24 hour notice if you should need to cancel.  Please cancel any scheduled class 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid loss of class value. This 10 pack expires in 4 months.
