DriveTrain Fitness offers instructor training for people who want to learn to teach fitness classes or for an instructor who wants to perfect their teaching craft.

After taking this class, fitness instructors will have the tools and skillset to:

- Audition at DriveTrain Fitness for a fitness instructor position (Lagree, Hybrid, Spin)
- Audition at other Lagree Fitness Studios or similar for an instructor position
- Create rapport and build relationships with members at any fitness studio
- Teach a great fitness class through practice with a microphone, instruction phrases, cuing and counting music.
- Understand the Lagree Method and sequencing.
