Description

The Small Group Training 4-Week Program is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay accountable in a supportive group setting. Sessions will take place at 5:00 AM and will run for four consecutive weeks.

Each workout will be a combination of strength and cardio training, programmed to challenge and motivate you. In addition to the weekly group sessions, you will also receive an extra solo workout to complete on your own.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete an InBody analysis and take time to stretch before class begins. Bringing water is highly recommended to stay hydrated throughout the workout.

Because this is a structured, progressive program, all sessions are consecutive, and there will be no refunds or extensions. This program is built for those ready to commit, work hard, and see results.
