*** 12 Month Agreement Required. When agreement is fulfilled, membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month agreement. Upon fulfilment of agreement, a 30-day cancellation notice is required to cancel membership. Early termination fee of $139.98 applies to abandoned agreements. $5 monthly processing fee for memberships paid by credit card. $5 fee is waived if clients draft membership fees by ACH. $5 processing fee begins after first 30 days of membership.
