TLY FitLive and FitVid FAQ’s
Who can access FitLive (TLY Livestream) Classes? TLY Members, Drop-in students, and Streaming Members all have access to FitLive.

How do I book and attend a FitLive class? Book either through the TLY app (available on apple and google), Client Web app, or directly through the schedule. Be sure to have your TLY Wellness Living account email and password in case you need to be signed in. When it is time for class, go to the TLY app, Client Web app, or schedule and tap “join”. When the class is starting, you will be redirected to Zoom.

How do I access the recorded FitLive class from the cloud? Visit the TLY app (available on apple and google) go to videos then cloud session recordings or Client Web app under videos then cloud session recordings.

Can I book a FitLive class and watch it at a later time? The live class and the cloud recording are ONLY available to students who attend the live-streaming class in real-time.

Who has access to FitVid (TLY On-Demand) Classes? TLY Unlimited Members and TLY Streaming Members have access to FitVid.

How do I access FitVid? Visit the TLY app (available on apple and google) go to videos or Client Web app and go to videos.
