Heartwood's Women's Circle for ages 50 and older is a nurturing and empowering space designed specifically for women in the later stages of life. This circle is a sacred gathering where women come together to share their stories, explore their inner worlds, and connect with others on a similar journey. The focus of the circle is on healing, self-discovery, and fostering deep connections that transcend the everyday.

In this supportive environment, participants engage in guided discussions, reflective exercises, and creative activities that encourage self-expression and personal growth. Whether exploring past experiences, navigating present challenges, or envisioning the future, each woman is encouraged to embrace her wisdom, honor her journey, and find strength in community.

This circle offers a blend of mindfulness practices, storytelling, and ritual, creating a space where each woman can reconnect with her true self, heal old wounds, and forge meaningful connections with others. It's a place of mutual respect, where every voice is heard and valued, and where the collective energy of the group fosters transformation and renewal.

This program meets once a month (3rd, 4th or 5th Friday depending on holidays.) 7:00-9:00pm

Come every month for $25.00* a month with discounted participation fees. Fees cover materials, refreshments and activities.

This is a membership option and is for the duration of the 7 scheduled meetings. You must notify us if you will no longer be attending monthly meetings in advance so we can cancel your membership. There are no refunds or exchange of meetings*
 
Each month we address a different theme with activities including meditation, gentle yoga, art, discussion and mindfulness. Come prepared to share, explore and celebrate women in the mature stages of life.
