Auto-Renewal - Memberships automatically renews monthly; the price of the membership is locked in until the member chooses to cancel.
Upgrades and Downgrades- Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded
 on the billing date. We need 30 days notice to implement a change.
Suspensions - Memberships can be suspended in month-long increments that coincide with your billing date up to 3 months maximum. There is a $20 administrative fee for suspensions.
