Reiki is an energy system which helps to balance the energy centers of the body. Each energy center also called a chakra, relates to a specific organ functions, emotions, colors, and frequencies. By focusing our attention and channeling universal source energy the qualties of our chakras can be enhanced and balanced. Lower Chakras- Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus + Heart  

Take time for yourself to recharge your energy stores. Give yourself permission and openness to journey through your needs for well-being. You will be provided with yoga props for utmost comfort and optimal posture to access relaxation.

Reiki is a practice which delivers universal energy to restore the body's natural vibrations on a cellular and spiritual level. Kelly is a Reiki Level II practitioner, having received attunements for channeling this energy to be received and integrated where it is most needed to restore well-being.
