CASUAL MEMBERSHIP
1. By purchasing this contract at a rate of $75 per week, you agree to a minimum 2 week term membership with 14 days minimum written notice for cancellation.
2. Your ongoing membership will be charged in advance each fortnight, in the sum of $160 or at your discounted rate, plus a 1.5% transaction fee. This membership allows you to attend unlimited classes at Pilates Collective subject to availability.
3. Your membership will start from your date of purchase. If you wish to nominate a start date other than the date of purchase, you are required to contact claire@pilatescollective.com.au within 48 hours of your purchase with a nominated start date.
4. If a payment is declined due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $5.50 may be charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.
5. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No refunds will be provided. No extension will be permitted to the specific valid time frame unless for medical reasons. A medical certificate will be required.
6. Your membership does not include access to events and courses unless specified otherwise.
7. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
8. All transactions will incur a 1.5% transaction fee, this is to cover our credit card surcharge fees & terminal expenses.
