Gratitude Meditation Workshop

Sunday, November 24th from 2-3:30pm

$20 for members or $29 for non-members (in advance); OR $35 at the door

John will lead you through a meditative Smart 60 hot yoga class.  After a short cool-down break you’ll float through a guided meditation and into a silent reflection.  Invite a friend who could use a spiritual boost!  Bring pillows and sweats and whatever makes you feel comfy and happy.  Stick around after for some light refreshments.
