Each week there will be a workout announced on Thursday evening, involving some form of weightlifting, basic gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio (basically what we do on a daily basis).
The difference is that you will experience the workouts in heightened environment — a “Friday Night Lights”

- $40 for a drop-in on one week.
