Please note that payroll deduction is only available  permanent status full or part time employees.

The name in the Wellness Living must be the same name attached to Employee (E People Number).  All sites but Glenrose must also include their swipe card number.

First deduction is $43.25 ($25.00 Start Up Fee + $18.25 monthly fee). After first month, deduction is $18.25 per month.

Please ensure that your E people number and swipe card number are entered into your Wellness Living profile.  Missing information will cause a delay in access. Please ensure that the name you register for matches the name on your paystub.

Your   e-people/ employee number should have only 8 numbers including the zero(s) at the beginning - i.e. 01234567
