Unlimited Monthly Membership for $145/month. Recurring monthly billing for 12 months from enrollment. After 12 months, membership will auto-renew until a request to cancel is requested.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS
Holds for medical reasons: If you’re unable to practice as the result of a medical reason, you may pause your membership without fees or charges. Contact us via email at: lori@fivepeakspoweryoga.com providing the reason for your request to pause the membership. Memberships are paused for 30, 60, or 90 day increments and will restart unless the member requests/verifies otherwise. Maximum hold period in any one 12 month term is 90 days.

CANCELLATIONS
Unlimited Monthly Memberships with subscription will auto-renew each month. Once the initial 12 month period has been fulfilled, the membership will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis indefinitely until a request to terminate is requested. For cancellation within the first 12 month period, a client MUST provide written notice along with reasons they wish to terminate the contract early. Acceptable reasons include: long-term disability, illness or relocation outside of 25 miles of either studio.
A one-time fee for of $75 for early cancellation will be assessed.

Cancellation notice: 30 Days Notice Please. Kindly submit your cancellation request 30 days before your next scheduled auto-payment date. If we receive your request less than 10 days prior to the next scheduled auto-payment, the next month’s fee will be charged. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations processed after your most recent auto-payment.
