How does it work:

~Each week we’ll focus on a simple and uncomplicated point (or two) to integrate into an every-day routine. For example, some of the points to be highlighted and offered as a mission are sleep, meditation, hydration, nutrition, movement.

~Each participant will choose to “try the habit/mission on for size” in their own way and decide if it is something that brings you your identified chosen emotion, such as joy, peace, contentment, happiness, good health, emotional wellness.

~We’ll take the journey as a group, using the accountability of our moai, a Japanese term that describes a social support group that forms in order to provide varying support from social, financial, health, or spiritual interests. Check-ins will be expected of everyone who wishes to complete the program.

~At the end of twelve weeks, good habits will have been established and will feel second nature. You may feel the person you become at the end of our time together hardly recognizes the person you were before the program.

~AND if you complete the program and all the steps, you'll receive part of your financial investment back!
