This is a 1 class purchase for any of the following Adult Fitness Classes: Core Strength / Core Conditioning / Core Mobility. These can be purchased as a add on to a current 3 x week program or a purchase as you go if you are not on a monthly membership. Unlimited members do not have to purchase as all Adult classes are included in your membership.
