In this 90 minute virtual course, you'll get the opportunity to ask your most pressing questions about your upcoming birth and hear from an expert (and mom to 6) on the topic! The presenter will cover the basic stages/phases of labor, offer some comfort measures, and briefly review the postpartum period and newborn care for the first 45 minutes. After that, you will make the class your very own and ask your specific questions! This interactive format allows you to get to the nitty gritty of your concerns and excitements and allows for students to bounce ideas off one another further building up your new hive of parent friends :)
