This one time session gives a taste of what is possible using the Pilates equipment and working with highly qualified Pilates instructors.
New to Pilates and want to join groups? This option is for you too.  The introduction to the equipment and stability gives a base of what to expect in a group class.

One Introduction Private Session

We had the most amazing first class at centered Pilates. The setting was absolutely stunning and our instructor Debbie was wonderful. We are totally sold and will be making this a regular part of our week. Thank you for the incredible experience.
