The New Client Orientation Class is strongly recommended if you have no or minimal prior experience with the Pilates Reformer. We will give you a brief background about the Pilates method, how the Reformer with the Konnector system works, and how to adjust the Reformer to your height and take you through a class.

PRNY is the first NYC Pilates Studio to install the Konnector system on all of our Balanced Body Reformers. The Konnector is the latest innovation in the full-body Reformer experience. The Konnector is a single-rope pulley system that incorporates four straps for independent and simultaneous movement of arms and legs. This system engages your whole body providing continuous proprioceptive feedback and more profound core activation during your Pilates class.

Pilates Reforming NY is the first group Reformer studio in NYC
and was founded in 2002 by Ann Toran. The original studio was on W
42nd St and over the last 20 years, we have relocated within the
Garment District several times.
We have been dedicated to making Pilates affordable and
available to all. We pecialize in Groups but also offer Privates,
Duets and special requests! 
Our studio is outfitted with the latest Balanced Body equipment
and this past October we upgraded all of our Reformers with the
Konnector system. We are currently the only studio in NYC to have
Konnectors (a revolutionary self adjusting cord system with 4
straps for both hands and feet) and will be the Authorized Training
Center for Konnector in late Spring 2023.
Pilates Reforming NY is a Balanced Body Authorized Training
Center and conducts Pilates Teacher Training year-round.
