Bod Squad Pilates is owned and operated by Jennifer
Colandrea.  The studio provides Classical Pilates classes
using apparatus including the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrels,
Ladder Barrel and Magic Circles. Students are provided an offering
of private and semi private sessions.  Bod Squad is
committed to making the benefits of Classical Pilates approachable
and accessible to everyone. Sessions are tailored to each
individual's needs and postural alignment, as well as the
mechanical, habitual and injury-related challenges that can often
inhibit movement. Bod Squad prides itself on having fun, working
hard and maintaining consistency to achieve fitness
goals.
