Personal Training Studio

Newfoundland and Labrador's only indoor turf high-performance
facility. 14,560 sq. feet, including a fully accessible gym, with
10,000 sq. ft. of flex turf space. We offer baseball training,
private/semi-private training, as well as strength and
conditioning, mental performance training, and on-site
physio. 
We also offer turf rentals for all sports that utilize turf,
including (but not limited to) Soccer, Cricket, Corn Hole,
Football, etc. 
Our coaches range from former to current collegiate athletes and we
work closely with all major programs within Canada and the United
States.
