Using the Memberships Report, you can choose to view a list of all clients with memberships on hold during a selected date range.

To filter the Memberships Report for memberships on hold:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Sales.
- On the Sales menu or in the list, click Memberships.
- Click the Advanced Filter button .
- Under Membership Status, select only the On Hold checkbox.
- Click APPLY FILTER. The report will now display only memberships that are on hold.
- To view the number of times and date range that a membership was on hold, hover over the tooltip button in the Status column.
