Viewing a client’s documents

Within a client’s profile, you can view the signed waivers and contracts stored for the client, and upload attachments, such as notes and pictures. Attachments can only be viewed by staff members.

In this article:

    To view a client’s documents:

    1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
    2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
    3. On the side menu, click Documents.
    4. On the Documents menu, do one of the following:
      • To view the client’s signed waivers, click Waiver.
      • To view the client’s signed contracts, click Contracts.
      • To view other documents attached to the client’s profile, if available, click Attachments, and then click the document in the list.

    To add an attachment to a client’s profile:

    1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
    2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
    3. On the side menu, click Documents.
    4. On the Documents menu, click Attachments.
    5. Click EDIT.
    6. Click the Add button .
    7. Click Choose File to select and upload the file. The maximum file size is 15 megabytes.
    8. In the Comment box, type a comment to describe the attachment.
    9. Click SAVE. The document is added to the list.
