Viewing a client’s wellness program details

You can view the details of each wellness program a client is enrolled in from their client profile. When you view a client’s wellness program details page, you can customize the page to see only the information you need.

To view a client’s wellness program details:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program Details.
  5. To filter the report, click the Advanced Filter button  and apply any necessary advanced filters. Your choices are:
    • Program Type – Filters for programs of a specific type. Your choices are: Club Reimbursements, Member Reimbursements, or both.
    • Membership Reimbursement Status – Filters for reimbursements with the specified status. Your choices are: Accepted, Denied, Pending, or All.

To customize a client’s wellness program details view:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program Details.
  5. Click the More button The more button displayed at the top of reports. The button is a square with three vertical blue dots and a blue border. and select Customize.
  6. Under Columns, select which columns will be displayed in the report:
    • To add a column, click the column name in the Available box.
    • To remove a column, click the column name in the Selected box.
  7. Under Client Info, set the Display expanded client details option to ON or OFF, depending on whether you want detailed information about the client, including phone number, client type, and email, shown in the report.
  8. Under Report Default Date Range, select Day, Week, Month, or Year to set the report period.
  9. Under Displayed Buttons, select which buttons will be displayed in the report header. Buttons that are not displayed in the report header will be available in the More menu.
    • To add a button, click the button name in the Available box.
    • To remove a button, click the button name in the Selected box.
  10. Click Save. Your selections will be saved and applied each time you view this report.

Headings on a client’s wellness program details page:

Heading nameDescription
PROVIDER NAMEThe name of the provider of the wellness program.
TOTAL REIMBURSEDThe total amount of money this provider has reimbursed during the selected date range.
TOTAL FEESThe total amount of fees this provider has charged during the selected date range.
TOTAL TAXESThe total amount of taxes on the client’s reimbursement.
TOTAL DEPOSITEDThe total amount of money that has been reimbursed to clients during the selected date range.
WORKOUT MONTHThe month for which the client will be reimbursed.
WORKOUT YEARThe year for which the client will be reimbursed.
# DENIEDThe total amount of client rebates this provider has denied reimbursement for during the selected date range.
PENDING RESUBMITSThe total amount of resubmitted reimbursement requests that are still pending.
ESTIMATED DEPOSITThe estimated date range in which all the provider’s deposits into client accounts will be made.
