Troubleshooting: Missing notification or automated marketing types

Problem

Specific client or staff notification types or automated marketing types are not being displayed in the list of available types.

Solution

This issue occurs because the default filter settings are set to display only enabled types. To view your disabled types, open the filter menu and switch your filter from Enabled to All or Disabled. The disabled types will be displayed.
