Troubleshooting: Partial refund causing unpaid visits

Problem

A Purchase Option that has been used to pay for one or more client visits is partially refunded and deactivated. After being deactivated, the previously used visits are no longer listed on the client profile under the Purchase Option, and the visits are listed as unpaid under the Attendance History.

Solution

After being deactivated, a Purchase Option is no longer a valid item and cannot be used for services, which means that the visits included on the Purchase Option cannot be redeemed to pay for services; therefore, this is the correct behavior.
