Troubleshooting: Automated marketing campaigns not visible

Problem

Staff members are unable to find your business’s automated marketing campaigns.

Solution

This occurs if you do not have any enabled automated marketing campaigns. The Automated Marketing page only lists enabled campaigns by default. Adjust the filters to include disabled automated marketing campaigns.

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Marketing.
  3. Click the Filter button :
  4. Under Status, select All.
  5. Click Apply Changes.
