A client has a credit card saved as default on their profile; however, the system appears to be billing the wrong credit card.
Credit cards are saved based on your merchant account. This means that when you have multiple locations and a merchant account for each, your clients may have different credit cards registered with your locations.
To ensure that you have the correct credit card for your clients, you must update their credit card information for the location that is billing incorrectly.
