You have accidentally booked a client into the wrong Appointment, Class, or Event.
To book the client into the correct service, complete the following:
- Cancel the booking. For more information, see Canceling an Appointment, Canceling a Class booking, or Canceling an Event booking.
- If necessary, refund the amount paid for the booking to the client’s account. For more information, see Refunding a transaction or purchase.
- Book the correct service and select the account payment method at checkout. For more information, see Booking an Appointment, Booking a Class, or Booking an Event.
NoteIf you have a business policy enabled that penalizes clients for late cancellations, be sure to make a note of the cancellation to prevent the client from being penalized.
