The Daily Tracker Report is an attendance report that displays your scheduled services and the number of clients attending each service for the selected day. From this report, you can view the attendance list for a service, cancel a service, modify the schedule of a service, or substitute the instructor for a service. The Daily Tracker Report is selected by default when creating a dashboard.

To view the Daily Tracker Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
- On the Attendance menu, click Daily Tracker. The Daily Tracker Report is displayed.
Heading in the Daily Tracker Report:
|Type||The service type (i.e., Class, Appointment, Event).|
|Time||The time the service is scheduled to begin and its duration.|
|Event||The name of the service, the name of the staff member running the service, and the location in which the service will take place.|
|Attendance||The number of clients who are booked for this service and the total capacity of the service.|
|Menu||Click Attendance List to view the attendance list for the service. Click the More button and select an option from the list to cancel the service, modify the schedule of the service, or substitute the instructor for the service.
If this is an Appointment, different options will be displayed. You will have the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the Appointment, mark the client as Checked-In, Late Cancel, or No-Show, and to pay for the Appointment.
