The Social Sharing Details Report is an attendance report that displays a list of clients who have shared a review, purchase, or location for your business on Facebook or Twitter.This article describes how to view the Social Sharing Details Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To view the Social Sharing Details Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
- On the Attendance menu, click Social Sharing Details. The Social Sharing Details Report is displayed.
Headings in the Social Sharing Details Report
|Client||The name, email, and profile image of the client. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.|
|Shared Via||The platform on which the client shared the purchase, location, or review for your business. The possible platforms are Facebook and Twitter.|
|Date||The date on which the client shared the purchase, location, or review for your business.|
|Type of Sharing||This column displays what has been shared. The possible options are Purchase, Location, or Review.|
|Details||This column displays the content of the shared post.|
Advanced filters in the Social Sharing Details Report
|Type of Sharing||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they have shared your location, a purchase, or a review.|
|Shared Via||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on which social media platform they used to share your location, a purchase, or a review.|
