Why don’t my session passes display the correct number of total sessions?

Question

After migrating from another software to WellnessLiving, the number of sessions on client session passes don’t add up with the account information. For example, a pass with 25 visits shows that 13 sessions have been used and 4 sessions are remaining, leaving 8 sessions unaccounted for.

Why are the session passes showing the wrong number of sessions?

Answer

This occurs because other software providers such as Mindbody don’t offer a reliable report of which pass was used for which sessions. However, the number of remaining visits on imported passes are always accurately reported.

This means that although the used visits on imported passes may not appear to be accurate, your clients will never receive more or fewer sessions than intended.
