Understanding client reviews

Your clients have the opportunity to share their feedback and rate your business using a star-based system through various platforms such as the Client Web App, Review Widget, Achieve Client App, or WellnessLiving Explorer listing.

Why use client reviews?

Client reviews contribute to your online presence by being featured on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and your company’s Review Widget wherever it is embedded. It’s important to note that for businesses with multiple locations, reviews will be associated with the specific location where the client was signed in when leaving their review.

Additionally, these reviews can extend their reach to Google, appearing in search results when potential clients search for your business or services. Your business’s responses to these reviews also play a role in enhancing your online reputation, improving SEO, search ranking, conversion rates, and overall branding.

Reviews are the ultimate form of social proof and can be the reason a new client tries out your services for the first time, so they’re a great tool for growing your business!

What can you do with client reviews?

Key tips

  • Reviews on Google
    • Reviews submitted for your business within WellnessLiving may not immediately reflect on your business’s Google profile. Google’s display of reviews is influenced by factors like your business’s location, type, size, and the quantity of unique reviews received. Since Google doesn’t disclose the exact requirements, we can’t recommend the minimum number of unique reviews your business needs for them to appear on Google.
  • Reviews with low ratings
    • Reviews with two stars or fewer require approval by a WellnessLiving Administrator before being publicly posted. Reviews with three stars or more are automatically visible to other users.
