NoteThe Postcard History Report displays whether postcards have been sent, but does not track their delivery status.
In this article:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Marketing.
- In the side menu or in the list, click Postcard History. Your Postcard History Report is displayed.
|Client||The client who was sent a postcard. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance, will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.|
|Date||The date and time the postcard was sent.|
|Sent By||The staff member who sent the postcard. If the postcard was sent automatically, this column will be labeled Automated.|
|Cost||The cost to send the postcard.|
|Status||The send status of the postcard. Possible status values are:
|Body||Click the Show button to view a preview of the postcard.|
