Staff members must open the Self Check-In Web App to allow clients access to check in. Your Self Check-In Web App can be set up by a staff member on either a computer or a tablet, and can be attached to a barcode scanner. The web app is normally positioned at the entrance of your business.
To open the Self Check-In Web App:
- Sign in to WellnessLiving on the appropriate device.
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, under Web Apps, click Check-In.
- If you have more than one location, select the location you want to use from the list.
