Modifying a class schedule

You can modify an existing scheduled Class to change various details and settings. This can be done through the schedule or the Setup menu.

In this article:

To modify a Class schedule from the schedule:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Schedule.
  3. Find the Class on the schedule that you want to modify.
  4. If you are using the calendar view:
    1. Click on the Class and select Modify Schedule.
  5. If you are using the list view:
    1. In the rightmost column, click the gear that appears when you hover over a row.Hover over the rightmost column.
    2. Click Edit Class Schedule Details.
  1. Under When does it apply?, select the date range that the changes will be made for and click NEXT.
  2. Under Which sessions to modify?, select the specific Classes that the changes will be made for and click NEXT.
  3. Under What is being changed?:
    1. Click the Edit button next to each field you want to modify, and then make the change. When all of your changes are made, click NEXT.
  1. Under Are clients impacted?, send a notification to clients if they must be updated on this change and click NEXT.
  2. Under Confirm and Finish, confirm your changes and click COMPLETE.

To modify a Class schedule from the Setup menu:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Classes.
  4. On the Classes page, find the Class Type that you want to modify.
  5. If you are using the tile view:
    1. Under the number of Classes Scheduled, click Add/Modify. All scheduled Classes of this type are displayed.
  1. If you are using the list view:
    1. Under the EDIT column, click the Edit class button . The Edit Class page is displayed.
    2. On the right side of the page, click MANAGE SCHEDULE.
  2. Under the EDIT column, click the Edit button next to the scheduled Class that should be modified.
  3. Under When does it apply?, select the date range that the changes will be made for and click NEXT.
  4. Under Which sessions to modify?, select the specific Classes that the changes will be made for and click NEXT.
  5. Under What is being changed?, click the Edit button for each field you want to modify, and then make the change. When all of your changes are made, click NEXT.
  6. Under Are clients impacted?, send a notification to clients if they must be updated on this change and click NEXT.
  7. Under Confirm and Finish, confirm your changes and click COMPLETE.
