Modifying a Class schedule

You can modify an existing scheduled Class to change some of the Class’s details and settings. These modifications can be made through the schedule or the Setup menu.

To modify a Class schedule from the schedule:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Schedule.
  3. Find the Class on the schedule that you want to modify.
  4. Go to the Edit Schedule Details page:
    • If you are using the calendar view, click on the Class and select Modify schedule.
    • If you are using the list view:
      1. Click the Options button that appears when you hover over a row.
      2. Click Edit Class Schedule Details.
  5.  Under When does it apply?, select the date range to which the changes will apply and click NEXT.
  6. Under Which sessions to modify?, select the specific Class sessions to which the changes will apply and click NEXT.
  7. Under What is being changed?, click the Edit button  next to each field you want to modify, and then make the change. When all your changes are made, click NEXT.
    • Some fields may not be editable. For example, if you are modifying a recurring Class schedule that has clients booked into it, the REPEATS EVERY field is not modifiable.
  8. If clients are affected by your changes, under Are clients impacted?, choose whether to send a notification to impacted clients and click NEXT.
  9. Under Confirm and finish, confirm your changes and click COMPLETE.

To modify a Class schedule from the Setup menu:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Classes.
  4. On the Classes page, find the Class Type that you want to modify.
  5. Go to the Edit Schedule Details page:
    • If you are using the tile view, under the number of Classes Scheduled, click Add/Modify. All scheduled Classes of this type are displayed.
    • If you are using the list view:
      1. Under the EDIT column, click the Edit class button . The Edit Class page is displayed.
      2. On the right side of the page, click MANAGE SCHEDULE.
  6. Under the EDIT column, click the Edit schedule details button  next to the scheduled Class that should be modified.
  7. Under When does it apply?, select the date range to which the changes will apply and click NEXT.
  8. Under Which sessions to modify?, select the specific Classes to which the changes will apply and click NEXT.
  9. Under What is being changed?, click the Edit button next to each field you want to modify, and then make the change. Some fields may not be editable.   10. If clients are affected by your changes, under Are clients impacted?, choose whether to send a notification to impacted clients and click NEXT.
