Membership transfers

Membership Transfers Report is a client report for franchise businesses that allows staff members to transfer clients between franchise locations. This can be very useful for clients who are travelling for a set period of time, or moving permanently, and would like to continue using your business’s services. The duration of a transfer ranges from a single day to a permanent transfer. You can view both completed and pending transfers, as well as approve or deny transfer requests.

    To view the Membership Transfers Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Clients.
    4. On the Clients menu, click Membership Transfers. The Membership Transfers Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Membership Transfers Report:


    The name, email, and profile image of the client is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    Displays whether the client is being transferred into or out of your location.
    • If a client is transferring into your location, the Transfer In icon
      is displayed.

    • If a client is transferring out of your location, the Transfer Out icon is displayed.

    The date the transfer was requested.
    The length of the client’s transfer.
    The status of the transfer. The possible statuses that can be displayed in this column are:
    • Transferred - The client has been transferred.

    • Denied- The client’s transfer has been denied by the receiving location. The reason for the denial is listed below this status.

    • Canceled - This transfer has been canceled by the requesting location.

    • Please, Approve - This transfer requires a staff member’s approval before the client is transferred.
    The date on which the transfer starts.
    The date on which the transfer ends.
    Select the Action button to edit, approve, or deny a client transfer.
