Managing Appointment categories

You can group your Appointment Types into categories to keep them organized. Appointment categories appear as expandable headings on the Appointments page.

In this article: 

To create an Appointment category:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Appointments.
  4. Click ADD CATEGORY.
  5. Enter the name of the new category.
  6. Click SAVE.

To modify an Appointment category:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Appointments.
    • To change a category’s name, click the Edit button , enter the desired name for the category, and click SAVE.
    • To move a category up in the list, click the Move up button .
    • To move a category down in the list, click the Move down button .
    • To move an Appointment within a category, select Tile view and then click-and-drag the Appointment to the desired spot in the category.
    • To move an Appointment to a different category, select Tile view and then click-and-drag the Appointment to the desired category.
