Managing a client’s wellness programs

You can manage a client’s wellness programs from their client profile. You can edit an existing enrollment, put an enrollment on hold, cancel an enrollment, or activate a cancelled enrollment.

In this article:

To edit a client’s wellness program:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program.
  5. In the Action column, click the More button  and select Edit.
  6. Under Wellness Program Enrollment Requirements, enter the client’s enrollment information in the required fields and click NEXT.
  7. Under Reimbursement Account Information, enter the client’s personal banking information in the required fields and click SAVE.

To put a client’s wellness program on hold:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program.
  5. In the Action column, click the More button  and select Put on Hold.

To take a client’s wellness program off hold:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program.
  5. Under the Action column, click the More button  and select Stop Hold.
    • This option is only available for wellness programs on hold.

To cancel a client’s wellness program:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Account.
  4. On the Account menu, click Wellness Program.
  5. In the Action column, click the More button  and select Cancel.
