Managing a client’s goals

Your staff members can view, create, and update a client’s fitness goals.

NoteThe available fields in the Goals section are determined by the available fields in the Transformation Log.

To view, create, or update a client’s goals:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Goals.
  4. Enter the client’s fitness goals in the fields provided. These fields include:
    • Pre-workout Heart Rate
    • Blood pressure
    • Arms
    • Bust
    • Waist
    • Abdomen
    • Hips
    • Thighs
    • Height
    • Weight
    • Body fat %
    • Short term goals
    • Long term goals
