Hide or show cancelled appointments or classes in the schedule

If you want to temporarily or permanently hide appointment or class cancellations from your schedule, you can choose which type of service you’d like to hide. Alternately, if you are looking for information about cancellations, you can show cancelled appointments or classes. There are two ways you can adjust your schedule to hide or show appointments and classes.

To hide or show cancelled appointments or classes directly from the schedule:

  1. Click the App Drawer button 
  2. In the App Drawer, click Schedule.
  3. Click the Settings button An image of the more button which is three gray dots stacked vertically. located in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Show cancelled classes to display cancelled classes in your schedule view. Click Hide cancelled classes to exclude cancelled classes from being displayed on your schedule view.
  5. Click Show all cancelled appointments to display cancelled appointments in your schedule view. Click Hide all cancelled appointments to exclude cancelled appointments from your schedule view.

To hide or show cancelled appointments or classes from the Setup menu:

  1. Click the App Drawer button 
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Schedule.
  4. On the Schedule menu, click Look and Feel. Look and feel options are displayed.
  5. On the Look and Feel menu, click Schedule Design. Schedule options are displayed.
  6. Scroll down to the Cancel sessions heading. Check the box next to Show cancelled classes\events to include cancelled classes and events in your schedule view. Uncheck the box to exclude cancelled classes from your schedule view.
  7. Check the box next to Show all cancelled appointments to include cancelled appointments in your schedule view. Uncheck the box to exclude cancelled appointments from your schedule view.
  8. Click the Save button in the bottom right to save your changes.
