Payroll Summary Report

The Payroll Summary Report is a staff report that displays a summary of your payroll for the selected time period.

    To view the Payroll Summary Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Staff.
    4. On the Staff menu, click Payroll Summary. The Payroll Summary Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Payroll Summary Report

    Heading Description
    Staff The staff member being paid.
    Hours The number of hours that the staff staff member has worked during the selected time period, calculated using the time clock feature.
    Purchase Count The number of sales the staff member has earned commission on.
    Service Count The number of services that the staff member conducted.
    Booked The number of clients who booked a service with this staff member.
    Attended The number of clients who attended a service with this staff member.
    No Shows The number of clients whose attendance status was No Show for a service with this staff member.
    Late Cancels The number of clients whose attendance status was Late Cancel for a service with this staff member.
    Pay The staff member’s pay for the selected time period.
    Tips The total amount of tips received by the staff member for the selected time period.

    Advanced Filters in the Payroll Summary Report

    Filter Description
    Tips Use this filter to determine whether to include staff tips in the report.
    Locations Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
    Purchases Use this filter to determine whether sales staff members earned commission on are included in the report.
    Pay Rate Use this filter to determine which payroll entries to include in the report based on the pay rate used to pay the staff member. The options available in this filter are dependent on the pay rates you have set up for your staff members.
    Time Use this filter to determine which instances to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which day(s) of the week to include in the report.
    Classes Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.
    Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
    Appointments Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
    Staff Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
