WellnessLiving offers several hardware options to enhance your experience with our system and streamline your business activities. If you are interested in purchasing hardware, see Purchasing hardware from WellnessLiving and send your orders to merchant@wellnessliving.com.
CautionHardware must be ordered through WellnessLiving to be compatible with our system. If any of your hardware is purchased from elsewhere, it will not be compatible with the WellnessLiving system, even if you select the exact models listed.
What kind of hardware is available?
WellnessLiving currently offers the following hardware options. We recommend reading the associated article for each to determine which ones are right for your business.
- Barcode scanner — Scan your clients’ key tags or scan product barcodes.
- Barcode printer — Print barcode labels to be used with a barcode scanner.
- Cash drawer — Keep your business’s cash secure completing sales transactions.
- Credit card readers — Perform card-based point-of-sale transactions. Only available to businesses that are integrated with a merchant processor. (U.S. only)
- Paragon Chip and PIN terminals — Perform card-based point-of-sale transactions, with enhanced security and a simple user interface. Only available to customers that use Paragon as their merchant processor. (U.S. only)
- Receipt printer — Print hard copies of receipts for your clients’ purchases.
- Signature pad — Record your clients’ digital signatures for waivers and contracts. Only compatible with Windows PCs.
- Custom key tags — Provide clients with key tags branded with your company’s logo that they can use to check themselves into services held at your locations. Must be used in tandem with a barcode scanner.
