Franchise setting options

As a franchisor, you can push various setup options to your franchise locations. When you push a setting to a franchise location, that setting is duplicated and will replace the franchise location’s current settings. You may choose which settings are pushed and which locations receive the pushed settings. This feature ensures franchise locations offer a consistent experience to your clients.

NoteIf you push a setting to franchise location A and then make changes to the setting in your franchisor business before pushing it to franchise location B, franchise location A will not be affected by these changes.

Franchise setting optionDescription
BusinessAfter modifying your franchisor business settings, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • E-mail Settings - Your franchisor’s specific email settings can be pushed to your franchise locations. These settings include the from name, reply-to email address, and the email signature.

  • Available services - The services that you set to be available at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations. Services include Appointments, Classes, Events, BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets, and gym visits.

  • Business Policies - Your franchisor’s business policies can be pushed to your franchise locations. Policies can relate to booking, wait lists, automatic attendance tracking, and staff policies.

  • Online Waiver - The online waiver you create for your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations. This waiver must be agreed to by clients upon registration or when booking services for the first time.
StaffAfter modifying your franchisor staff roles, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
ClientsAfter modifying your franchisor clients, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • Client Type - Custom client types you create for your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Client’s Profile Fields - Custom client fields and requirements that you create for clients at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Transformation Log - Customizations to and requirements for the transformation log at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.
ServicesAfter modifying your franchisor services, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • Appointment - You can push Appointment Types from your franchisor business to your franchise locations.

  • Class - You can push Class Types from your franchisor business to your franchise locations.

  • Event - You can push Events from your franchisor business to your franchise locations.
Purchase OptionAfter modifying your franchisor Purchase Options, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • Class/Event Purchase Option - Memberships and session passes you have created at your franchisor business with a Class/Event Purchase Option service category can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Appointment Purchase Option - Memberships and session passes you have created at your franchisor business with an Appointment Purchase Option service category can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Gym Visit Purchase Option - Memberships and session passes you have created at your franchisor business with a gym visit Purchase Option service category can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Packages Purchase Option - Packages you have created at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Account Tab Purchase Option - Memberships and session passes that you have created at your franchisor business with an account tab Purchase Option service category can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Asset Purchase Option - Memberships and session passes that you have created at your franchisor business with an asset Purchase Option service category can be pushed to your franchise locations.

NoteIf you modify a Purchase Option that you have previously pushed to a franchise location and push it to that location again, clients who have already purchased the Purchase Option will be affected by the modifications. However, if a client previously purchased a Purchase Option and had modifications made to their individual Purchase Option, their Purchase Option will not be affected by new modifications that are pushed from the franchisor to franchise locations.
Store SettingsAfter modifying your custom payment methods, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
Discount CodesAfter modifying your franchisor discount codes, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
ProductsAfter modifying your franchisor products, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
Gift CardsAfter modifying your franchisor gift cards, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
Rewards ProgramAfter modifying your franchisor rewards program, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • Points - The rewards points options you create for your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Prizes - The redeemable prizes you create for your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.
NotificationAfter modifying your franchisor automated notifications, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
  • Staff Notification - The staff notifications you enable, disable, or modify at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.

  • Client Notification - The client notifications you enable, disable, or modify at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations.
Automated MarketingAfter modifying your franchisor automated marketing campaigns, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations. Automated marketing campaigns include Custom Email Templates, Lead Capture, Class Announcement, Purchase Campaign, Client Retention, Visit Campaign, and Client Win-Back.
Daily Deal IntegrationAfter modifying your franchisor Groupon deals, you can push those modifications to your franchise locations.
Look and FeelAfter modifying your franchisor look and feel, you can push some modifications to your franchise locations. Settings that can be pushed include:
