The Enterprise Status Report is an enterprise report that displays an overview of each franchise location’s performance during a selected date range. Information displayed in this report includes the total number of clients, the total number of prospective clients, and average attendance rates. This report is only available to franchisor business accounts.
You can click the numbers displayed in the total clients, total active passholders, total inactive passholders, total active members, total inactive members, total new members, and total prospects columns to be taken to a report listing all the clients at that location with that client type. For example, if you click the number in the total active passholders column for Location A, you will be taken to a report of all the clients at Location A with the active passholder client type. To view the Enterprise Status Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Enterprise Reports.
- On the side menu or in the list, click Enterprise Status Report. Your Enterprise Status Report is displayed.
Headings in the Enterprise Status Report:
|LOCATION||The name of the franchise location.|
|TOTAL CLIENTS||The total number of clients at the location.|
|TOTAL ACTIVE PASSHOLDERS||The total number of active passholders at the location. Active passholders are clients who have purchased time or session-based passes.|
|TOTAL INACTIVE PASSHOLDERS||The total number of inactive passholders at the location. Inactive passholders are clients whose time or session-based passes have expired.|
|TOTAL ACTIVE MEMBERS||The total number of active members at the location. Active clients are clients who have purchased memberships.|
|TOTAL INACTIVE MEMBERS||The total number of inactive members at the location. Inactive members are clients whose memberships have expired.|
|TOTAL NEW MEMBERS||The total number of clients who purchased a membership at the location during the selected date range.|
|TOTAL PROSPECTS||The total number of prospects at the location. Prospects are clients who have not purchased any passes or memberships yet.|
|AVERAGE WEEKDAY ATTENDANCE||The average weekday attendance rate at the location. This rate is the average number of clients who attended services at the location on weekdays during the selected date range. If only one date is selected, the report will display the average weekday attendance during the week the date occurs.|
|TOTAL CANCELLATIONS||The total number of cancellations that occured at the location during the selected date range. Cancellations occur when a client cancels a booked service.|
|AVERAGE WEEKEND ATTENDANCE||The average weekend attendance rate at the location. This rate is the average number of clients who attended services at the location on weekend days during the selected date range. If only one date is selected, the report will display the average weekend attendance during the week the date occurs.|
