Enabling or disabling referral rewards points

When you enable referral rewards points in your rewards program, clients can receive rewards points for referring other clients to your business. For more information, see Assigning rewards points for a referral.

To enable or disable referral rewards points:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Rewards.
    • To enable referral rewards:
      1. Under Refer-a-Friend, click the button to the right of Clients earn points for referring a prospective client so that it is set to ON.
      2. In the Points for referring a prospective client box, enter the number of points that a client should earn for a referral.
      3. Click the Setup button , and select Add Maximum Cap.
      4. Enter the maximum number of rewards points a client can earn for referrals in the MAX box, and select the length of time for which this maximum will last before it resets. This length of time begins after the client earns their first rewards points for a referral.
    • To disable referral rewards points:
      1. Under Refer-a-Friend, click the button to the right of Points for referring a prospective client so that it is set to OFF.
      2. In the confirmation popup, click OK.
