Elevate Staff App: Viewing the schedule

The Elevate Staff App allows staff members to view scheduled services (such as Classes, Appointment, Events, and BOOK-A-SPOTTM assets) from the Schedule tab. The schedule has a variety of settings that change the way it looks, for example, whether it displays services by location, instructor, or specific service types.You can also apply filters and save them for future use.

Modifying the schedule view

You can change the schedule view to display services by date, or by viewing mode (i.e., location, staff or BOOK-A-SPOT asset). For example, the staff viewing mode shows all services by instructor, and the asset viewing mode shows all services according to which BOOK-A-SPOT asset it uses.

You can also filter the schedule by location, service type, appointments, classes, events, assets, and any combination thereof.

To view a different day on the schedule:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Calendar button .
  3. Select a day.
  4. Tap Set.

To change viewing mode:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Settings button  and select Customize.
  3. Under Customize Option, tap View Mode. Choose to view bookings on the schedule by location, staff, or asset.
  4. Tap Apply.

To apply filters to the schedule:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Settings button  and select Filter.
  3. Under Filter Options, select your filters then tap Apply. Alternatively, under Saved Filter, tap a custom filter to apply. See Managing custom filters.
  4. Tap Apply.

Managing custom filters

Staff members can save their preferred filter options for later use as a custom filter. Your custom filters can be set to public, which allows other staff members to access the custom filter, or default, which applies the custom filter automatically when you open the schedule. If needed, a custom filter can be deleted at any time.

To create a custom filter:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Settings button  and tap Filter.
  3. Under Filter Options, select your filters then tap the Add button .
  4. Enter the custom filter name.
  5. Set the filter to Public or Set as Default View.
  6. Tap Save.

To set an existing custom filter as Public or Default:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Settings button  and tap Filter.
  3. Under Saved Filter, tap the arrow next to the custom filter.
  4. Set the filter to Public or Set as Default View.
  5. Tap Save.

To delete a custom filter:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Settings button  and tap Filter.
  3. Under Saved Filter, tap the arrow next to the custom filter.
  4. Tap the Delete button  and tap OK.
