Deactivating a class

You can deactivate a class so that it no longer appears as an option to be scheduled.

Before you can deactivate a class, you must remove all scheduled sessions of the class. For more information, see Canceling and restoring a scheduled class.

To deactivate a class:

1. Click the App Drawer button .
2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
3. In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
4. On the Setup menu, click Classes.
5. On the Classes page, click the class you want to delete. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the class.
6. On the Edit [class name] page, set the ACTIVE CLASS option to OFF.
7. Click Save. The class is deactivated.
