Look and Feel: Schedule settings

The schedule has a variety of settings that change the way it appears and behaves. You can set the Look and Feel of the schedule globally. This determines how your schedule is displayed by default to all staff members. To learn how to access these settings, see Customizing the look and feel of WellnessLiving.

SettingDescription
Cell SizeDetermines the size of cells in Calendar view. Your choices are: Small, Medium, or Large.
Time IntervalsDetermines the length of each time interval on the schedule. Your choices are: 10min, 15min, or 30min.
Service IconDetermines whether or not each service should display an associated service icon.
Notes IconDetermines whether or not each service should display an associated note icon.
Alert IconDetermines whether or not each service should display an associated alert icon.
Appointment Display StyleDetermines the part of the Appointment that is in focus on the Schedule. Your choices are: Appointment Type, Client Name, or Staff Name.
Staff Availability SettingsDetermines how staff availability information is presented.
You can set the background color of cells in Calendar view. Click the list under STAFF AVAILABLE to choose the background color for available staff members. Click the list under STAFF NOT AVAILABLE to choose the background color for unavailable staff members.
You can also select whether or not notes about staff unavailable time are shown directly on the schedule. You can set the Display staff unavailability notes on schedule option to ON or OFF. When the option is set to OFF, you must hover over the unavailable time to view the notes.
Color of substituted staffDetermines the color that indicates a staff member is a substitute for another staff member.
Cancel sessionsDetermines which canceled services are displayed on the schedule. Select the checkbox next to View cancelled classes/events to display Classes and Events.
To display canceled Appointments, select the checkbox next to one of the following options:
  • View all cancelled appointments - Displays all canceled Appointments.
  • View single cancelled appointments - Displays canceled Appointments that were booked as single Appointments, or recurring Appointments, where only some Appointments in the series are canceled.
  • View recurring cancelled appointments - Displays canceled recurring Appointments, where the entire series of Appointments is canceled.
Business HoursDetermines the time range displayed on the schedule. Select the Show only business hours checkbox to display the schedule only during business hours. Deselect the checkbox to show all hours.
