Connecting and disconnecting a staff member’s profile to their social media accounts

  • Last modified: 1 November, 2019
  • Categories: Managing staff members, Account management

Staff members can connect their WellnessLiving profiles to their Facebook, Twitter, and Google accounts, as well as their Apple Calendar. When connected to Facebook, staff members can log in to the WellnessLiving or the Elevate Staff App using their Facebook account. When connected to Google, staff members can log in to WellnessLiving using their Google account, and their WellnessLiving schedule synchronizes with their Google Calendar across all their devices.

Each social media account may only be linked to one WellnessLiving profile. Attempting to link a social media account with more than one WellnessLiving profile will result in an error.

To learn how to connect a client’s profile to their social media accounts, see Client Web App: Connecting and disconnecting a client’s profile their to social media accounts.

NoteNote If an error message appears when attempting to connect your Google account, you will need to change your Google security settings to allow access to less secure apps. For more information, see Google Support.
